Kate Creason holds a Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping children and families heal, connect, and thrive. With advanced training in trauma, attachment, and adoption, she works to heal attachment wound through proven approaches like Theraplay®, TBRI®, EMDR, ART and CBT. Kate also teaches and consults with professionals, agencies, and presents at conferences, sharing her expertise in trauma-informed care. Her experience spans leadership roles in adoption services, counseling parents and developing impactful trainings like Take CHANCES for Kids!

Shannon Branic, LCSW, specializes in trauma, attachment, and foster care/adoption, with advanced training in TBRI®, Theraplay®, and Trauma-Focused CBT. She takes a family-centered approach, empowering parents and children to heal and grow. A former adoption therapist and program director at Children’s Bureau, Inc., and a foster parent herself, Shannon also trains foster and adoptive families and professionals across Indiana. Rochelle Meisner is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor who is committed to helping children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. She creates a welcoming, calm, and supportive environment where clients feel safe to share their experiences and begin meaningful work toward personal growth.
Rochelle draws from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and DBT-informed mindfulness techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Her clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management, social skill development, and executive functioning challenges.
With a strong background in school counseling and educational settings, Rochelle understands the pressures today’s students and families face. She has supported clients through academic stress, behavioral concerns, friendship dynamics, emotional regulation needs, and major life transitions. She also has experience facilitating therapeutic groups and developing individualized intervention plans in collaboration with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
Rochelle believes in a collaborative, strengths-based approach. She works closely with clients to identify goals, build practical coping strategies, and create lasting change that supports emotional well-being both in and out of the therapy room. Her warm presence, clear communication style, and clinical training help clients feel understood, guided, and empowered throughout the process.
Rochelle received her undergraduate degree in elementary education from Miami University and a Master of Education from Xavier University. After moving to Indiana, she went back to school to earn a Master of School Counseling degree and a Mental Health Counseling license from Butler University. Outside of her work with clients, Rochelle remains actively involved in community service and youth support initiatives, reflecting her passion for helping young people feel connected, supported, and capable. She also enjoys spending time with her husband and three children traveling and at their sporting activities.
