Kate Creason holds a Masters in Social Work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping children and families heal, connect, and thrive. With advanced training in trauma, attachment, and adoption, she works to heal attachment wound through proven approaches like Theraplay®, TBRI®, EMDR, ART and CBT. Kate also teaches and consults with professionals, agencies, and presents at conferences, sharing her expertise in trauma-informed care. Her experience spans leadership roles in adoption services, counseling parents and developing impactful trainings like Take CHANCES for Kids!

Shannon Branic, LCSW, specializes in trauma, attachment, and foster care/adoption, with advanced training in TBRI®, Theraplay®, and Trauma-Focused CBT. She takes a family-centered approach, empowering parents and children to heal and grow. A former adoption therapist and program director at Children’s Bureau, Inc., and a foster parent herself, Shannon also trains foster and adoptive families and professionals across Indiana.
